天下莫柔弱于水
“Nothing in the world is softer than water, yet nothing can overcome it. The weak overcome the strong. The soft overcome the hard. Everyone knows this, yet no one practices it.”
天下莫柔弱于水，而攻坚强者莫之能胜，以其无以易之。弱之胜强，柔之胜刚，天下莫不知，莫能行。是以圣人云：受国之垢是谓社稷主，受国不祥是为天下王。正言若反。
You have been taught to be strong by being hard. But water teaches a different kind of strength — yielding, persistent, unstoppable. Be water.
天下莫柔弱于水——天下没有比水更柔弱的。
而攻坚强者莫之能胜——但攻克坚强没有能胜过它的。
弱之胜强柔之胜刚——柔弱胜刚强。
天下莫不知莫能行——天下没有人不懂，却没有人能做到。
受国之垢是谓社稷主——承受全国的屈辱才能做社稷之主。
受国不祥是为天下王——承担全国的灾殃才能做天下之王。
正言若反——正话听起来像反话。
